Our artwalks and curated experiences have a NO CANCELLATION policy. Please make sure you can attend the event before finalizing your reservation.
Do I need to purchase by experience in advance?
All artwalks and curated experiences must be purchased in advance to ensure your space on the experience.
Where do the artwalks begin and end?
The exact meeting point will be disclosed upon the booking of your experience. The artwalks end within a few blocks’ radius of the starting point. We will be happy to assist you with directions to your next destination.
How many people can I expect in my group?
We are not a typical tour; we create curated experiences. The size of the group depends on the activity. We keep the groups small and personal so that you have a more immersive experience.
How physically fit do I need to be to enjoy my artwalks?
The artwalks require a certain level of good physical health but are not very strenuous. We walk at a very casual pace. If you are in good physical health, you will be fine.
Are children allowed on the artwalks and curated experiences?
We are glad to host kids on all our experiences. Please advise us priorly so we can make the need arrangements. The only exception is The Art Studio Dining Series. If you have further questions pertaining to tickets for children, please email us.
What happens when it rains?
Artwalks and curated experiences are given rain or shine. Since we are on a tropical island, it might start raining at any moment. It is a good idea to bring an umbrella or ponchos.
What is your late arrival policy?
Artwalks and curated experiences starts promptly. We allow an additional 5-minute grace period after the allotted start time – Please note we are on Atlantic Standard Time (AST) and Puerto Rico does not observe Daylight Savings.
What languages are the tours offered in?
Our artwalks and curated experiences are given in English and Spanish.
Are photos allowed on the experiences?
Photos are allowed in some cases. It varies on the artwalks and experiences. Please ask first. If it's ok with the artist, is ok with us. While you’re at it, tag us on Facebook and Instagram. Our hashtag is: #theartwalkpr.
Are videos allowed on the tour?
Video recording is only permitted with prior notice.
Which artist studio or alternative spaces do we visit?
We want it to be a surprise… it’s more fun that way! But we will say that all artists and alternative spaces we partner are fantastic.
If an artwalks and curated experiencesis sold out, is there a waiting list?
Yes! Please email us and let us know the date you are interested in, what tour and the number of people in your group.
How should I dress for the artwalks and curated experiences?
For the artwalks most part, we visit casual establishments. Wear casual, comfortable, summer attire (Puerto Rico is Hot!).
For the Art Studio Visit and Art Studio Dining Series let’s polished up! Wear a casual “going – dining restaurant” attired.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs in you curated experiences?
We do our best to accommodate all food allergies, dietary restrictions and/or intolerances. Please notify us at the time of booking.
Are the artwalks and curated experiences gratuities included in the ticket price?
Gratuities are not included in your ticket price. Tips to your guide are more than welcome!!!!
Can I purchase gift cards/certificates?
Yes, gift cards and gift certificates are available for all our artwalks and experiences and make a perfect gift!
Does theartwalkpr offer private and/or customized tours?
YES! we offer private and customized artwalks and experiences throughout all of Puerto Rico to cater to your every need/preference. Email us and we’ll create the perfect art experience for you!
What is theartwalkpr cancellation policy?
Once purchased, your space can’t be refunded or rescheduled. Our events often sell out and your space is being guaranteed on the experience. We do not offer partial credits or rescheduling for partial attendance, no shows or late arrivals. Thanks for understanding!
